Mder rubber and plastic technology limited company (hereafter called Mder) located in China Jingzhou Rubber and Plastic Zone. Mder is a company manufacturing industrial hydraulic rubber hose with a total coverage of 50691 square meter. All construction area including production, test and R&D workshop has covered 16 thousand square meter. Now Mder have a steel spiral rubber hose produce-line, a steel braided line from Magnatech International Inc. US , a large size braided hose line and also a rotary drilling line. The manufacturing line from Magnatech is first level in hydraulic hose manufacturing industry. High level machines provide a strong guarantee for hose quality. Mder has built up a standard laboratory and R&D center equipped with full set of advanced test equipment such as impulse test stand of Bimal testing machines S.P.A . Italy, No rotor curing instrument, Plate curing machine, internal mixer for testing, burst test stand, Ozone ageing resistance box, wire tension test machine and so on. Mder has 17 scientific researchers including 2 professors and 15 engineers. Mder has whole set of quality management system and also achieves ISO 9001 and API certificate. Mder's main products: Rotary drilling hose and high pressure Hydraulic hose, applying in engineering trucks, coal mining machinery, construction machinery and petrochemical industry.
